Inline Equine Saddle Fit Appointment Waiver

By signing below, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms regarding the saddle fitting consultation or assessment:

1. Service Acknowledgment: The saddle fitting has been performed by a qualified and experienced saddle fitter holding a Diploma of Master Saddle Fitting, Equinology Saddle Fitting Certification, Bit Fitting Certification, and over 13 years of experience. The saddle fitter has made all reasonable efforts to fit the saddles provided by the client to the horse brought to the appointment.
2. Payment and Assessment: The client agrees to pay for the consultation or assessment. This is not a purchase of a new saddle, and the fitting assessment has been based on the current shape of the horse and the saddle at the time of the appointment. Due to the nature of saddle fitting, no guarantee of a perfect outcome is provided.
3. Variable Factors: The client understands that many variables affect saddle fitting and that the shape of the horse may change with work, requiring ongoing assessments and possible adjustments or saddle changes. The client agrees that this assessment is made in good faith with the knowledge available at the time.
4. Accuracy of Information: The client affirms that the information provided to the saddle fitter regarding the horse, saddle, and riding habits is true and correct to the best of their knowledge.

By signing this waiver, the client agrees to the terms outlined above.
